Our customer reviews

Why your reviews matter

Every published review helps other customers choose. That is why we take the time to read each one and want it to reflect your experience of the product faithfully, whether enthusiastic or more reserved.

What we publish

We publish reviews that concern the product and follow our courtesy rules. Critical reviews are published in the same way as positive ones: disappointment about effectiveness, texture, scent or handling is useful information for other readers.

What we do not publish

A review is not published when it is not a review of the product. This applies to messages about an order, a delivery, a refund or an exchange with customer service: we forward them directly to the team concerned, who replies to you personally. It also applies to offensive or discriminatory content, personal data, texts unrelated to the product, empty or unintelligible messages, duplicates, and links or commercial mentions.

What the rating and dates mean

The rating shown is the average of the ratings given in published reviews. The date next to each review is the date it was submitted. When a product replaces a previous version of the same range, reviews submitted on that version may be kept on the new page.

How reviews are sorted

By default, reviews are shown from most to least helpful, according to readers' votes. You can also sort them by rating or date, and show only critical reviews or those with photos.

Timing and retention

We aim to publish every review within thirty days. Published reviews are kept as long as the product is on sale. It is not possible to contact the author of a review.

Loyalty programme

As part of our loyalty programme, any review published from a customer account may earn points, whatever its content and rating. Details are given on the loyalty programme page.

Review summary

On some product pages, a summary is generated automatically from published reviews to give an overview. It does not replace reading the reviews themselves.

Reporting a review

If a review seems to you to breach these rules, write to us through the contact form, stating the product and the author's nickname.
