Withdrawal form
You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons for your decision and without penalty. You may inform us of your decision by means of any unambiguous statement: via our contact form, by email at [email protected], or by using the standard form reproduced below.
Use of this form is optional: it is provided to you pursuant to Article L.221-5 3° and the annex to Article R.221-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Effects of withdrawal
The product must be returned to us no later than fourteen (14) days following notification of your decision, to the address that our departments will provide to you. In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product: you may therefore open and try your product as you would in a shop.
We shall reimburse all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days following notification of your decision, using the same means of payment as that used for the order. In accordance with Article L.221-25, this reimbursement may be deferred until the goods have been recovered or until proof of their dispatch has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Exception (Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code): goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection — cosmetic products, food supplements, foodstuffs, teas and herbal infusions, electrodes, gels and tips in direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes — may no longer be taken back once their seal, foil seal or protective film has been opened. As long as they have remained sealed, they remain returnable.
A non-conforming or defective product does not fall under the right of withdrawal but under the legal guarantees (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): in this case, we shall bear the return costs.
