Effective but faff to use
Right, fundamentally it works, I'll give it that. When the patch is properly applied on a whitehead, in the morning it's absorbed and the spot has deflated nicely. Nothing to say about that. My problem is everything else. First the patches are really difficult to grab from the sheet, I have short nails and every time I damage one or two trying to peel them off. I ended up using tweezers as advised but it's not very practical when you're tired in the evening. And above all you need to have perfectly dry hands and skin otherwise it doesn't stick well, I found 2 on my pillow in the morning. It's a bit of a shame because the product itself is good, but the user experience isn't great. I'll finish my box but I'm not totally convinced.

Good but not on all spots
I'll be honest, on proper whiteheads that are right on the surface it works brilliantly. You put the patch on at night, in the morning it's absorbed the contents and the spot is much less visible. Can't fault it on that. However I hadn't read the description properly and I put some on deeper spots, like under the skin, and there it does absolutely nothing. Feel like I've wasted patches for nothing. Another thing, the adhesion is sometimes average, I've woken up to find the patch peeled off in my sheets. You really need the skin to be properly dry and clean before applying it. Despite that I keep using them for surface spots because for those, they're really effective.
