The routine that changed everything for me
Since perimenopause my skin had completely lost its radiance and firmness, I had a grey complexion and fine lines everywhere on my forehead and around my eyes. I'd spent quite a bit on department store skincare, serums at £60 a bottle for mediocre results. When I saw this complete routine I gave it a go thinking it was my last try before going to see a specialist. In the evening I apply the bakuchiol serum all over my face, then the capsule cream (at first the gel + capsules mix is a bit odd but you get the hang of it quickly). In the morning it's the mist to wake up my skin and lifting gel on the eye area to de-puff. I do the mask on Sunday afternoons whilst I'm reading. From the 2nd week I saw my complexion change, more luminous, more even. At one month my forehead lines are really faded and my skin is plumped up, it's like it's got its bounce back. At the office people asked if I'd changed something, that's nice to hear. The PDF guide is well thought out too, I adjusted a couple of things diet-wise. Having all the products that complement each other without having to work out what to combine is exactly what I needed.

Mixed feelings despite good products
I'd put a lot of hope into this routine for my 38 years, the concept of having everything together really appealed to me. Right so the products themselves are quality, the serum is pleasant and the mist is nice in the morning. But realistically the bakuchiol mask with its 4hr minimum wear time is really awkward to fit into a busy week, I tried twice and each time it had moved or dried out weirdly. The capsule cream is original but the mixture gives a slightly sticky result, impossible to wear in the morning under makeup. And the eye lifting gel's effect wears off in 2-3hrs, it's disappointing. After a month my skin is a bit more hydrated yes but I was expecting more on the fine lines to be honest. I'll finish the products and we'll see, but I'm not totally convinced at the moment.

Good products but a few niggles
Right the products themselves are good quality, I'll give them that. The serum is pleasant, the mist refreshing and the bakuchiol mask really gives a lovely glow. Where it falls down for me is the eye lifting gel, the effect is temporary and disappears in a few hours, I was hoping for better. The capsule cream takes some getting used to for mixing the gel and capsules properly, the first few times it was a bit of a faff. And the mask 4 hours minimum wear is long when you have a busy daily life... I tried sleeping with it, result it had moved in the night. The PDF guide however is well structured with good advice. Despite all that I'm continuing the routine because my skin is still more hydrated and luminous than before, but you need to be patient and organised.
